Much better to take things easy and gradually slip into a more healthy lifestyle that encourages and develops your fitness and weight-loss in manner that is more suited to where you started from.
The hardest thing is going to be controlling your mind to make sure that you can effectively manage your new approach to your life to ensure you get success.
Discipline is key here and it should be one of the first things you need to master to ensure you get the control over yourself that you need.
So go ahead and develop a plan with professional advice if you think you need it and take it one step at a time.
